Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship?
We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to Asia and a few remote regions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days. Includes tracking.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, using EMS. Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 15-25 business days.

For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped. Free Shipping orders may have limited tracking depending on the region.
