Great shoes! True OluKai style. Definitely recommend to others looking for a solid beach shoe… order the next size up for comfort.

Great shoe, i bought for a trip to argentina, can be worn for nightlife with slacks and all day barefoot with shorts. the fold down back flap is so good for the long flights to slip your shoes on and off often. true size and no break in, i would highly recommend for the traveler ,so versatile.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I usually wear Keens for the roominess of their fit, but these are even better.

Most comfortable shoe ever!! Love the slide-on feature for when I’m too lazy to bend over, and am impressed with the craftsmanship.

Great shoes, very comfortable. You can wear them with just about anything. I usually wear a 9.5, but needed a 10.

Comfortable beyond belief. Best pair of shoes I’ve ever owned! I bought them in brown and black so I can wear them all the time.

Casual and very comfortable – with or without socks, the size-12’s are an easy recommendation and correct fit. They have enough arch support, and don’t get a stink-on after a day of barefoot wear like some Keens do. Like ’em so much I bought some in black for formal wear! I have several pairs of the OluKai “Makai” flip-flops and also recommend them highly.

Found the shoes I’ve been searching for!
Been looking for a relaxing shoe for travel, that looks good and works in warm weather.
Glad I read other reviews about sizing, I ordered 1 size smaller than I usually wear 9, but got these in 8.

Very, very comfortable. Gel foot bed is wonderful. Love the fact I can wear them as a slide also.

Wonderful…my husband wears a large (Size 14) shoe and these were a perfect fit, especially the width. The “laydown heel” pleased him.

I bought these for my husband and he absolutely loves them. Says they’re the most comfortable shoes in his closet and he loves the slip on feature especially for airport security. You can dress them up, or wear them with shorts and no socks and a great buy!

I bought these for my husband & he loves them. They are great for a casual day at work, with pants, with shorts. Super comfortable and breathable. I wish they made them for women!

A very comfortable casual loafer. Always liked their sandals but this is my first shoe from OluKai. Thinking about purchasing another pair b/c there is a lot of exposed leather on the bottoms.

This shoe is by far the most comfortable pair I’ve owned! FYI…I went 1/2 size below my normal size as they run big. I wear even with bus casual attire because my other dressier shoes are just not as comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

Love my OluKai Moloas. My first Mauka version of the OluKais and am very happy so far. Comfortable and stylish.

These are the coolest loafers around. Well made, stylish, comfy, lots of color choices, great with or without socks, washable insole. This style I had to get a size smaller than I normally wear. I love this shoe!

These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I now own. I normally wear a 10.5 or 11 and ordered these in a 10.5 and they fit perfect. They are very stylish as well and I can wear them to work as we are business casual. I love ’em!

By far the best casual loafer I have ever owned. Comfortable and surprisingly sturdy. They do not breathe well, but that should be obvious as it is a full leather shoe.

This shoes do have a break in period of about a week or so. After that quite possibly the most comfortable shoes you will own. I started out with Olukai with a pair of their flip flops, liked them so much had to get a pair casual shoes as well.

Great shoe! My husband loved them. They are very good quality and have a lot of support and cushion. They look great with jeans and casual work clothes.

I bought these for my husband , after seeing them in Hawaii. We ordered them and he loves them. All his friends want them too. I will say they run wide, and run a half size smaller then true size… so, just keep that in mind when ordering. They are great for summer casual dress and hanging out around town or pool-side. The backs can fold down as a slip on! Love these! Must have for summer!

I have had these shoes for a couple months now, and they are extremely comfortable and well worth what I paid for them. My job in a medical clinic requires me to stand all day, and these shoes have made my time at work more bearable! The price on Zappos.com with free shipping was the same price I found them for in Hawaii. My only concern is that with how much I wear them, the threading seems likely to come apart at the soles.

I took the advice of other reviews who said the shoe runs up to a full size large and ordered a 10, 9.5, and 9.0 (I normally wear a 9.5-10). Wearing socks, the 9.5 fit me perfectly while the 10 left about 3/4″ of room in the toe (the 9 was way too small). I think maybe the folks who review the shoe as being too large were expecting something like the Sanuk Vagabonds which are basically glorified flip flops, and tried them on without socks? What one needs to remember is that these are shoes, not beach sandals. I found them to be true to size. As for the shoe itself, they are really roomy and they fit my wide feet perfectly. They are not cushy due to lack of midsole so they would be good for kicking around the home or office, not so much if you have to pound the pavement a lot (I bought them to wear as casual work shoes). They are a bit hot on my feet as well. But they look great, feel pretty good, and are made at a level of quality I’ve come to expect from OluKai.

Nice shoe, stylish and comfortable – good for lounging or going out. The sizes seem to run a bit large, recommend getting a half size smaller than you normally would with other brand. I normally where 11-11.5 but a 10.5 OluKai fits me just right.

Left a previous review but can’t see a way to update it.
In sum: Zappos recommended a half size larger than I normally wear. Most reviews seemed to err the opposite direction.
Now, after several weeks of wearing the Moloas, I’m pretty sure they are a half size large.
Keep in mind that they are big, wide boxy shoes with no mechanism to cinch them down. They are casual slip ons. They break in fast, in about a week.
I purchased my normal size and a half size up (the Zappos recommended size). I didn’t even bother trying on the half size up.
Now, after a few weeks and lots of walking, my normal size feels and looks (to me) too big. On the other hand, I can wear them with socks.
If I had it to do over again, I would seriously consider going a half size down. The leather will break in fast and they’ll be simple to slide into.
