Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx) – $12.95
    Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse. This is a tracked service for your peace of mind.
  • Free Shipping (EMS)
    Available on all orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, all items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Insoles & Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Slippers that have been tried on or worn

All other products, including boots, clogs, flats, heels, loafers, oxfords, sandals, shoes, and sneakers & athletic shoes, are eligible for returns or exchanges if they meet the conditions above.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them to our return address (provided in the authorization email). We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

  4. Processing: After we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank’s policy.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color), we will ship the new item as soon as the return is received and approved. Standard or free shipping rates will apply to the new shipment based on the order value.
